        Had to ask where the chairs were so my husband could try on some walking shoes. The assistant pointed to two low stools at the back of the shop. At no time while he was trying on did anyone approach him to give assistance. Taking the choice to the till we were given a run down of their latest offers and various sprays. She then wanted our details so she could email a receipt. Upon declining her attitude changed to one of complete unfriendliness even though we spent 89 pounds. Won't be returning. Take a tip from your Whitstable brach

        Just been to mountain warehouse. Having phoned earlier I spoke to Jess. Very helpful young lady. I asked if they'd got an item and if they had could she put it by for me and we'd go to the shop in a few minutes. On arrival the item was waiting for me. Elaine served me very friendly, polite and helpful. Service was excellent as always. Love this shop. Thank you girls
