I have been with Biggs opticians in Dover and now Deal since i was around 8 years old. Now the whole family use them. We have never been treated badly with them they were brilliant with our kids when they were younger. I really cannot think of anything bad about them.

Ive used Biggs twice recently, to get my young sons eyes tested and go get myself some new glasses. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The lady who carried out my sons eye test was knowledgable and made it an enjoyable experience for him. The young girl who helped me find new glasses was really patient and helped me find a some frames I absolutely love.

Brilliant, helpful and friendly service. The staff here were fantastic when we visited while on holiday as our daughters glasses had broken. They went out of their way to fit us in and come up with a solution to repair her broken glasses. Fabulous customer experience. Thank you and well done Biggs!

Very odd encounter with a staff member today. Walked in to ask for my prescription to be told I couldnt have it as it had to be signed and it was out of date. The person speaking to me was immediately defensive and aggressive in her tone saying things like Im under no obligation to give you anything and its not my problem the system didnt text you to let you know you were due an eye appointment. You could have rung yourself. I asked her to stop talking to me in such a way and I would book in for an appointment. There are always resolutions to problems without having to result in demeaning and aggressive tones. Considering Im on a yearly watch list, and its been 19 months since my last appointment, it really is at the fault of the opticians. I have been going to this practice for decades and have never been spoken to like this before. Im genuinely quite upset with this encounter.
