I'm so disappointed of all the services provided in The Knoll apart of the kitchen. Treatment for the disabled was disgusting by some of the staff members. I've been working for 10 days and have had enough - leaving this place and still haven't been paid. No induction has been provided, no training, even no contract signed... Irresponsible, self deluded management without any interest towards the residents on NHS founding. AVOID!

My family moved our mother out of the home after less than a month. As we weren't prepared to give 4 weeks notice, and leave her at the hands of the 'carers', we had to pay nearly 4000 pounds to move her. Believe me, we had very good reasons for doing so. That the NHS use this home is disgraceful, especially after the most recent cqc inspection which wasn't posted on their notice board.
