Bought a few really nice things, Suffolk salami with fennel (keep out of the fridge), local cheddar, wooden spoon hit tonato chutney and a small steak pie. All delicious

Come here regularly and the team are lovely. Really helpful and knowledgeable. When Ive had my dog with me and wanted to buy some milk very kindly the gentleman came to the door brought it and allowed me to pay at the door so I didnt have to leave her outside alone. The shop is very small which I think is why they dont allow dogs in. Brilliant British cheese and the best (and only) farm fresh milk in Deal.

I have to agree with a previous reviewer that the cashier (or owner?) of this shop seems very rude. My mum bought a couple of things recently and throughout the transaction the cashier was extremely cold and looked at us both as if she would rather we weren't there. I've really never experienced such strange behaviour from a customer-facing person. We thanked her for the transaction and she responded with "yep". The shop was empty, and we came in wearing face masks, so I can't understand what we could have done to receive that reaction. I don't like to leave a bad review but I don't think my mother should have been treated in such a way. There are many other shops in Deal selling similar produce and they'll treat you wonderfully.
