I should like to say a big "thank you" to Ellie Pearce for being so helpful in arranging viewings for me. When I called I was rather vague, muddled and confused about what I wanted to do. Ellie has an excellent telephone manner; polite, helpful and good humoured. As a result I have arranged viewings through Wards at Deal rather than through other estate agents. In my view, Ellie is a brilliant ambassador for Wards and is a real credit to the company. Michael Monk

I recently contacted Wards in Deal regarding a valuation of my property for Probate requirements. I was met by their representative Will Sargeant who came to the house & carried out a thorough investigation. I was particularly impressed by his professionalism & the trouble taken in assessing the value. He brought with him details of local houses that had sold in the vicinity of different types but of similar size. He had a wide knowledge of the area & with the aid of these explained how he had arrived at the value of my cottage. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Wards to future buyers & sellers.
