Honestly, we cannot fault Dan and Pete at the Deal, Kent branch. They worked tirelessly to get us our home and their communication was fantastic. We had so many issues along the way with the sellers solicitors and Dan and Pete were so supportive, friendly and helpful. We have absolutely no plans to move any time soon but we would use these guys again without hesitation. THANK YOU!!!

I recently sold a property through YourMove. It was not the easiest thing (no fault of YourMove) since I employed some preyy useless solicitors (I do not recommend PM Property Lawyers!) but had brilliant support from both Pete Cory and Dan Townsend who really put themselves out for me. They even scanned and printed a bunch of documents for me as I did not have access to a printer. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly!

Your Move Lettings in Deal have been appalling from the start. Tenants and guarantors going backwards and forwards multiple times with paperwork, guarantors never received a copy of the tenancy agreement. On moving out of the property tenants billed from deposit for completely unrealistic things such as limescale underneath a tap that must be 30 years old. On trying to resolve the matter the tenants are refused entry to attend to the issues. Then the day before new tenants move in, the works on the estimate for deducting from our deposit still havent been done and personal property still remains at the house. Untrustworthy and completely dishonest.
