We were very pleased with the work Alan carried out. He responded promptly to our message left yesterday. He arrived at the agreed time and identified the problem with our washing machine and repaired it within 10 minutes

First visit i was really pleased he said he would come back out if needed, then turned out problem not fixed and he agreed to come out saturday, didnt come, then nothing no replies and not responded to voicemail either. Very disappointing as wanted to use a small independant businessman but defo wont recommend now.
