Dogs Trust Charity Shop

The displays are great, the staff are lovely, the items for sale are good, particularly the books. BUT turn the music down. Its too loud and is unnecessary. Sometimes I just have to leave, its so grating. At least if it has to be on, just have it in the background.

This has quickly become my favourite chairty shop in deal. They keep on top of their stock and are always moving items around frequently to keep the shop fresh. They are 1 of 2 charity shop's in deal, that do not throw donations away. I know a homeless man, who sell's donation's from charity shop's in deal. Which is how I know this is 1 of the only one's that doesn't. They also sell the reusable bag's, that people bring their donation's in. The other chairty shop's, simply throw them away. Their price's are fair and arn't too expensive. Their shop isn't covered in new stock that they have brought, which just become's a competition to smaller businesses. Everytime, I have been in. I have always come out, with something. I love the handmade item's that a volunteer make's for the chairty and the plant's a volunteer potted. You can tell a lot of love and care goes into this chairty shop, please do not change

The new assistant manager Jemma is so sweet and kind. She has done wonders with the place, it feels more organised and has a nice feel. Before it was a bit of a mess and didnt seem like a happy place at all.
