Very poor experience. Like another review many 'promises' of phone calls/ texts that never materialised. Initially told my picture would take a week, maybe two. Three months later, a number of visits and no contact I visited and amazingly it was ready! When I complained on way out I was followed by the found mouthed owner shouting abuse at me. Customers service at it's very worst. He said I should go somewhere else which of course I will in the future. He was threatening and the service was utterly appalling.

Update: Following continuous ignored messages and voicemails, I took a few hours of work and went to the shop. After waiting 20 mins someone turned up ( not the owner...possibly his son?) . I asked for my frames and after a phone call he went into a shed and handed them to me, advising they hadn't done anything with them! Why hadn't they simply called me back I asked rather than just ignoring me then I could have gone somewhere else? I was astonished! He just shrugged his shoulders. Appalling. Avoid. Like a previous reviewer, we have no luck in making contact with the owner. Left 3 frames for repair around 2 months ago. The owner never replies. No idea how we are going to get our property back? Perhaps the owner could reply?

I popped in today on a recommendation from the Don't Walk gallery. I spoke to Aaron, who was really helpful. It was obvious that they were really busy, but he did his best to help me with the frame that I wanted for a small painting. It's now getting sorted and I feel really happy that I went in there today. Great customer service and experience. Can't wait to pick up the picture when it's done.
