Is closing down and will be gone by Easter. Hope the store gets redeveloped with frontage retained to bring M and S back to Deal in the form of a food hall. Shame for the staff but the brand name and intellectual rights minus the stores have been purchased. Sign of the times. Surprised it lasted as long as it has in Deal as it opened around 2006 I think.

Disappointing. Unable to use loyalty voucher. Sad for staff losing jobs. Goods reduced but still can be quite expensive

After searching high and low for underwear that fits I always drift back here and today purchased 2 bras and 4 knickers that fit properly. I know in this day and age we have to supply bags or buy one but surely after having spent 55 (should have been 70) underwear could be wrapped in tissue paper and presented nicely instead of thrust towards you. When asked if I could have them wrapped it was a big tutt and two used pieces used to try and wrap them up and inevitably the parcel fell apart. No customer service and no nice parcel to open when home - that's how it all falls apart not made to feel special in what you buy.

Lovely staff more than helpful, they didnt have what I wanted in my size and told me where I could get it wonderful customer servive
