Beautiful view over the beach and pier. Easy public paid parking behind the hotel and many breakfast, pubs and coffeeshops around the hotel. Only caveat was the soundproof: one of our neighbors was watching soap opera at full volume. Fortunately at around 22h got enough cheesy romantic stories. Still would recommend for this season.

We had a lovely room overlooking the sea and pier. Choice of room is very important as they are certainly varied. Walls are very thin and you can hear people in other rooms. Downside is no parking on site. The fact that they don't do breakfast didn't bother us. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Walkability: Near all amenities. Very close to the pier and Deal castle.

Stayed here with my daughter overnight 16th feb. Looked lovely, really clean but so noisy, some sort of fan on for hours. No hot water when we got there and someone outside in the corridor up a ladder before 8am in the morning. There was hot water in the morning but we couldnt regulate temperature on shower. Shame because the room was pretty, we liked the complimentary bits like milk in fridge, bottles of water etc.
