        Went here to see Sam, the sports massage therapist with a hamstring problem that had been going on for over a year. The treatments were great and effective, i was also given exercise routines tailored to what I needed to help me recover and rebuild the affected muscles. Very knowledgeable and informative to help me understand the body and muscles and how they work. My hamstring feels like its back to normal. Would highly recommend.

        Been a member for a year and a bit now - staff are very approachable, very knowledgeable and happy to help out with whatever you need. Equipment is varied and always clean and very well maintained. Have highly recommended and would do so again
