        Great staff and friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, I find it hard to get through to reception and sometimes, items missed off my prescription etc..

        I called at 8 and after 20 minutes on the phone,they told me there was no appointments.Shocking service.Better go to Deal Hospital,they are excellent and they saw me within 15minutes.Avoid if you could.

        Inappropriate comment made by reception staff to my sister who feels unable to make a complaint. I however feel it needs to be addressed and would like to speak with the manager/complaints team.
