I received the goods I had ordered (pipes). Everything was good and right. I would definitely order from the company.

My first order was great, but my second not so good service, ordered 3rd May now 27th, had no replies to my emails, web page states 2 week delay, email them but they are not replying now need to re order elsewhere and start the ball rolling to get my money back, will give them 7 days from this review in the hope they see it and respond.......Had an email and a refund, thank you

Found threaded pipe and fittings while searching for a place which had everything I needed in one place with competitive prices. The fittings I received were very good quality, nice, chunky and industrial which was the look I was after. Delivery was made within their specified time frame and very well packaged. Will have no hesitation in using them again for any other future projects.

Ordered a 1100mm length of malleable iron pipework for a decorative project, along with a few 3/4 BSP fittings. Everything was very well wrapped and the fittings were perfect. The pipework however, despite being carefully wrapped in paper, had a fairly deep scratch on it about 16" in length and also several vice marks where it had presumably being gripped to thread both ends... all too deep to ignore and unsightly. Whilst I have obviously chosen to go for an industrial rustic look, it's a shame there wasn't more care taken when handling the pipework during the process of preparing it for my requirements. I assume the company only supply to the domestic consumer and not industry, therefore I think they should consider soft protection when carrying out any customer needs, like threading... let's be honest, the fittings are useless without it !!! Emailed the company 2 days ago and no response as yet... will find another supplier next time !!
