Turned up when they said they would. Quote next day. The fitters worked quickly and diligently installing two big bay windows in two days. They cleared away all the rubbish and even put my curtain rail back up. The windows look great and I have NO touching up or redecorating to do. Really good price. Cannot praise highly enough.

We have been using Regency Home Improvements for a few years now, starting with new windows for the front of the house, and finally having a new front door fitted. From the time that Ian called to make the initial appointment, to the time that the workman left, it has been a very positive experience, and one that I would highly recommend. Even fitting a window to a wonky shed was not job too small. A great local company, great staff and fantastic workmanship.

Bifold door maintenance: The team responded very quickly to a problem we thought we had with their doors - it turned out it was our fault, but they were responsive, friendly and very knowledgable. Glad we called them, and wouldn't hesitate to engage them in the future.

The experience with Ian and his workmen has been utterly disgraceful. Having been lied to, screamed and shouted at, kept waiting months after parting with a large deposit. And let down disgracefully. I have have had no option but to call it quits after 6 months with the 5 windows he actually managed to install, and go elsewhere for the rest. His word means nothing, he doesnt do what he says hes going to do, and he has no respect for his customers, unless they live in a mansion and he can boast about working there! If you are an average person that works hard for your money, spend it somewhere else!
