Exceptionally disappointing experience with this company. They fully understood our budget but still came out for a site visit and told us it was tight but possible and theyd do their best for us. We were supposed to have a quote one week later. Two and a half weeks have passed and numerous visits to their shop only to be told repeatedly that they were still working on itweve given up. If you couldnt work to our budget you shouldnt have visited, got our hopes up and then lead us on and lied to us. You understood our extremely sensitive situation and as a family business yourselves, I would have expected better. Im sure well raise the cash needed for this project and we absolutely wont spend it with you.
