        My partner called at 08:29, 1st 5 mins then went to ringing to then me calling on home home phone at 08:48 to being answered first and being told appts run out 10 minutes ago either this surgery has telephone issue's or doverting to unmanned desks to keep good stats

        I tried to get an appointment after finding a lump on my breast, was told no appointments available and to phone at 8am the next morning, what an outrage I always thought any woman who finds a lump should be seen as a matter of urgency, ended up at Deal Hospital in the walk in clinic, what a difference was seen by a doctor in less than 30 minutes, we are very lucky to have this facility. I do wonder what has to be your problem to actually get an appointment with a doctor in the surgery.
