I have not visited this store for a long time now but decided to write a review to make people aware of the poor customer service skills and the poor attitude of the staff especially Pam, her attitude is disgusting and she lacks knowledge of the job, the other two girls I have had a run in with are Naomi and Joanne these two are to be avoided at all times as they will gang up on you and try to belittle you in front of other staff members and other customers and then walk off together laughing at you I wrote a letter of complaint to Argos but what a surprise I never heard anything back those three staff members are the most incompetent people have ever met there is no respect they are in the wrong job role they would be more suited out the back where no one can see them as a customer facing role isn't suited to them either that or give them the sack.
