I am a patient of Victoria Wright and have recently been in need of a multiple appointment treatment plan. She has been exceptional with me. As has the team at Browne and Laurens. Everything has been explained in a clear, concise and understandable manner, in a practice that is both clean and professionally run. The dental work itself has been of the highest quality and I'm more than happy with the results. I highly recommend this dentist and practice.

I was fairly new to Deal and needing a dentist as mine is 250 miles away! The positive reviews, proximity and availability of this practise gave me enough confidence to move and from first to last I was so impressed. Friendly, prompt, warm caring & expert.

Have been trying to find an NHS dentist for months now, after being told, by the NHS dental line, that I was entitled to dental care on the NHS while having cancer treatment, which at this point I was still in the middle of. Following an appointment at the Maxillofacial clinic last week, whereby I was told that I was still entitled to NHS treatment, I emailed this dentist, asking whether they could carry out the required work as an NHS patient, on the advice of the Dr from the clinic. I then received a phone call from the receptionist, Sharn, and she told me that Victoria wanted to have an appointment with me the following day and that she would be making a referral on my behalf, as a way around it, as they did not have the capacity to take on NHS patients there. When I have arrived for my appointment today, I have then been told, by the dentist, that in fact, this isnt the case and that she had been contacted while off duty, by Sharn, and had not been made fully aware of my circumstances. The dentist also told me that I was no more entitled to NHS dental care than anyone else, because I had been given the all clear from cancer, just a few hours earlier, as if that good news was now being used against me. She also proceeded to tell me about how no one in Kent is taking on NHS patients and that she lost her job as a result of that, as if it were comparable to what I had been having to endure. This has resulted in me leaving my appointment today in floods of tears, feeling spoken down to and patronised. To top it off, I then had to pay 40 for the pleasure.
