        Unfortunately I cannot give this a rating. The service is appalling. Our order had been at the delivery depot for 9 days before it was delivered to us.

        Shocking company. Delivery driver turned up Sat 20th Aug should have been Thurs 18th. He was missing a box, totally disinterested, said it wasn't his fault...certainly not mine. The tracking facility is a joke. You cant contact anyone, the number on their website is wrong & the live chat no one responds to. Still not got my parcel. Terrible company would have been quicker by snail!!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

        I would give no stars if I could 1st delivery 8th July no tv then 11th July no tv then 18th July no tv then 29th July no tv they dont answer the phone (it just cuts off doesn't even ring) dont answer emails i dont know what has happened to my tv aldi have now refunded the money dont use this company

        They are live my parcel outside the house, next to main road because nobody was home this time when they deliver this. Absolutely not recommended !!
