I happened to be visiting Deal and came across your Deal branch, and as I was wanting information on a recently matured bond and savings generally, I went in to enquire. Although I had not made an appointment, Selina spent some considerable time giving me invaluable advice and putting me into contact with available options, which I shall certainly be acting upon..I was highly impressed by the level and depth of service displayed by Nationwide through Selina and I should like express my gratitude to Selina for this.

I have found the bank manager to be very helpful as are all the staff. The bank manager Selina took me through the procedure of using internet bank and was very helpful and has given me many useful tips on banking. Can recommend anyone to make of this branch and ask for any help as it will be given.

We are very impressed by the excellent service we received today at the Deal branch of Nationwide. The branch manager, Selena Chiu and her staff are professional, courteous and efficient. Selena Chius multi-tasking skills are outstanding as is her dedication to delivering the best, possible customer service. All our enquiries and requests were dealt with efficiently even though the branch is very busy. Selena and her staff are a real credit to Nationwide and its very reassuring for customers to know their accounts are in such excellent hands.
