Wonderful company. This is the second time I've used them. First time in my previous home. And again now we've moved. We had two roller blinds and three slated ones. There fantastic quality beautiful colours. All measured ordered and fitted in a few weeks . I'd recommend and use again in the future

Feel totally let down by this company. Ordered a roller blind and vertical for our newly decorated lounge, blinds were fitted but fitters did a terrible job, left holes in the plaster, greasy marks all over the walls, screws not even in straight. Then after 2 days the chain snapped on the roller blind, had to wait 8 weeks for replacement, as was told it had to be ordered in, the blind was stuck down all this time. The fitter told me they have loads of them in stock, so couldnt understand why I waited so long. No customer service at all. Sadly I had to order another roller blind so that it matched the other one, I thought perhaps a second chance would see me treated better but no. This order took a month to arrive to them, they then called me on 12th December to arrange fitting, I missed the call, I rang back, my call was not returned until 22nd December. I couldnt answer the call then and as it was 2 days before Xmas, it wasnt convenient to fit the blind. On the 10th January I get a message saying theyve been trying to get hold of me and couldnt, i explained no one called me back for 10 days and then it was Xmas. Then they couldnt arrange for a fitter for that week, and said they would get back to me when a fitter was working. In the end I said just deliver it and we will fit it, after another back and forth discussion, they delivered the blind, but left it outside my front door and ran, no apologies. Ive never left a bad review for anyone but this is totally deserved. Shame I cant add photos!

Really happy with the customer service I received! They came round, measured up and had my lovely blinds fitted in no time at all! And I'm really pleased with them! Great quality blinds yet really reasonable on price too! Highly recommend!

When I first moved to Deal my new home was a blank canvas, and I needed blinds quickly as felt very exposed! With help from Suzanne at Beautiful Blinds, Deal I had blinds put in at most windows in the house! Was very pleased with the service I received.
