Do not sign up to this agency. Wasted 3 years of my life. Change tutors constantly without notifying you. During the time I was there I put a lot of effort completing all the work but it was all worth nothing because they failed to observe me and told me they would have to use witness statements and I would still get my level 3. After working at my nursery for 2 years I had to move 4 hours away because I got married. They told me to come all the way down to be observed after i reached out to my previous nursery I travelled 4 hours down just to be told the observers too busy. Ive talked to many girls during training and they all hated careerwise. I needed this level 3 for higher education. Do not waste your time.

Poor experience from the beginning. A recruiter reached out to me and didnt fully understand the job spec, which I had to confirm in the interview with the client. The recruiter didnt understand the clients recruiting process and gave conflicting information to that which was providing by the client during the interview. His approach was just reading off a script, with no ability or sense to have a conversation. After the interview I reported that the client was aggressive and made sexist remarks and questions, when I told the reporter this he just said Ok and moved on. I didnt wait to see if I got round to the next phase of recruitment, I cut ties immediately. This is not a company I want to work with when looking for a job if these are the clients they take on and the way that they work. Would highly discourage anyone from working with them.
