Capital Mini Cab

Booked for a routine run to Stansted Airport. They never asked what time the flight was or informed me (as I later found out) that the A12 was partly closed. Ended up just making my flight with 1 minute to spare....no thanks to the driver who refused to go over 50 mph on the motorway because of the wet weather!! I will never use them again.

The person on the phone is soo rude, drop the phone on me simply because I wanted a cab from E8 despite the cab office is in E8.

Horrible. We needed to go to hospital and they hung up on us multiple times before telling us they will take 45 minutes to arrive. Still waiting - sitting in a wheelchair at the hospital 3 hours later after taking a black cab that caught us by chance at our front door. Do not use this cab service!

Called request for a cab said he was in woodgreen nd hung up called again hung up on me again I feel sorry for whoever son that is won't get very far with that behaviour good luck son

I had to get to Stanstead airport, they came on time and the ride was comfortable and relaxing. I had a nice chat with the driver and he even took me to the Macdonald's drive-thru. Will definately use them again !
