Pure waste of time, they dont respect your privacy. . If you deal with this platform prepare to reveal all possible sensitive data to them that who knows what is happening with it afterwards, otherwise you will turn out to be high risk person. I hope my account has been deleted as well as my personal information.

(Agency) We have been using Rentprofile for a while now and I have to say having been in the industry for 7 years they are by far the most simple, responsive, user friendly and efficient referencing agency that I have personally ever used. A massive shout out is in order for Veronica who has been ever so helpful for all the rentals we have put through - she is always looking to resolve any issues rather than shirk the responsibility. I felt compelled to write this review as I am genuinely super impressed. Thanks Veronica.

The company has called me and my wife and offered to try to help us resolve the issues we are facing with them. The caller sounded helpful as well. I'm hoping they will be able to sort it out eventually. Fingers crossed.

Awful experience getting a room (just a room!!!) with this agency! They are checking you in more in-depth than the bank lending you money for a mortgage. What is worst if the lack of professionalism at handling the situation and clearly asking for what information is needed. A one day check is turning into a one week check. They lack common sense. I do not recommend them!!
