First email was replied to and since then I've been ignored, even after chasing up. Was told they offer a no refund policy which isn't stated on their website. Never dealt with such a poor company as this!

Really disapointed with an event recently at the Quarter at potbank in Stoke. It was a tribute to Bruno Mars. The singer couldn't sing, his vocals were awful and the band drowned him out so much so that we couldn't even hear much of him anyway. We had to listen really hard. We felt as this was a cover up for his bad singing. Although he looked like him and acted like him this was an expensive night for nothing.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. New vendors DO NOT JOIN if you want to be charged even when you want to cancel. My team and I have called for months with no one helping, they send us from one number to the over then ends up going voicemail. And we have recorded all the attempts, and they still are trying to charge us. UPDATE: Again they issued invoice even after they wrote this reply !!

Thanks for ruining my New Years Eve Design My Night. Absolutely fuming! Similar to another reviewer, I booked tickets to an NYE event, get there, only to be told that our names are not on the list, as Design My Night has not sent them across. Yet still, the money for the tickets was taken from my account (funny that..) The fact that this seems to be a reoccurring issue, assures me that I wont ever be booking with Design My Night again.
