We've rented for a year now and been very happy with our property - newly redecorated when we moved in and any issues resolved very quickly. All of the staff are very friendly and professional, they provide a proper service. Particular shout out to Duncan & Laila who have looked after us since we moved in, also for welcoming our puppy into the house.

We had a fantastic experience living with the Benyon Estate for nearly 3 years. The team are very friendly, helpful, professional and quick to help with any issues. Our flat was finished to an incredible standard and we loved living there. De Beauvoir is a brilliant place to live with a great sense of community. We'd certainly recommend the area and the Benyon Estate to anyone moving to London.

I have been living in a flat belonging to the Benyon Estate for two years and I love it. The flat is renovated to very high standard while keeping the charm of Victorian style houses. The team of the Benyon Estate is very helpful and attentive to any issue that could arise in the flat. The location is one of the very best in East London, very close to the centre but also to the most fun areas of London. The neighbourhood is very beautiful and there is a large sense of community, safety and nature!
