Avoid using them at all cost , over 3 months and still waiting.. my goods still not delivered , no explanation from management and all their phones switched off . Times wasters !! they should be banned from operating such business. My items cost over 4000

They are a scam. Picked items in June from me. No communications. No calls. No one is picking up calls or answering messages. Over 800 pounds worth of goods down the drain and no one to respond or even let you know what is happening. But you know what, may God deal with you as you have dealt with us. Do not use these people, they will pick up and then disappear.

I booked my items for collection and shipment on the 30th of May 2019 and made it very clear my items were for my wedding which was on the 4th of August. I was told my items will be in Ghana by the 15th of July it's the 15th of August now and I am still waiting for my items. It missed my wedding and I had to buy all the wedding stuff with the little money I had on me. It's very understandable these things happen with shipment and all that but, this so called Faze 2Travel & Services Limited didn't have the customer care to even send a proper notification indicating why there is a delay. When you call the phone number provided, the guy on the other side of the phone has no clue what to tell you about your item. Well, avoid this company at all cost if your item is time based because chaos is the order of the day.
