The Property Club

We have been renting a property for more than 2 years with "The property club" agency and we are very happy with them. They are always available to listen to any questions about the property. Elisa and her staff are attentive to our requests and find suitable solutions to various situations that arise during the rental: for example when some problems arise with the front door of the building, they sent in a few hours a professional to intervene... My family is overall satisfied and we highly recommend their services.

Ridiculous! I rented a flat 1 year ago from this agency. A lady named Elisa was manager of the building. She was monitoring my privacy all the time, who comes in and comes out. Once one of my friend with her 2 years old son were my guests, she accused me asked me that who are my guests and I had a party. She did that many times and had a very Ugley manner all the time I lived there. The agency even was not responsible to her behaviour. They even didn't give back half of my deposite because of non-prooved reason of damage. They are absolutely rood. Don't trust them.

Elisa at the Property Club is an extremely kind and helpful person, with a lot of experience and knowledge about properties in London. Also, her great personality and attitude make her a splendid person to work with. I really recommend The Property Club!
