Shimell and Madden

I came across Shimell and Madden on Instagram a few months ago and I found myself scrolling through their posts all the time. Soon after, my partner and I decided to make the 240 mile round trip to meet Emma and Luke and get an engagement ring made. It was the best decision and I couldn't recommend them more highly; the communication was great, the design was excellent and the ring was everything we hoped it would be and more!

I really cannot emphasise just how brilliant this company are. An incredible and rare combination of care, clarity, friendliness, openess, honesty, quality and attention to detail. I emailed with a lot of questions in search for an engagement ring, and Emma greeted all of my questions and requests with enthusiasm, and really guided me through the whole process. Even as I asked for tweaks along the way, she was clear and honest in her assessment and ability to fulfil these asks of ours. Overall, it was just such a nice and enjoyable experience, one that obviously with the task at hand was quite daunting, but I couldn't recommend their services more. The finished product was quite literally, exactly what we had asked and hoped for, and left nothing to be desired. I'll quite possibly be returning to Shimell and Madden for all our jewellery requests and purchases in the future. Thank you team!!!!
