Our family has known Richie for almost 20 years, and he has helped us rent our flat in Cambridge, then rent in London, and sell our house in Beaconsfield.
We have always felt he wants the best for everyone involved. The team really cared about making the entire process seamless and kept us informed throughout the marketing, viewing and offer stages.
Their marketing was done to the highest standard, from the photography showcasing your property to their selling strategy and negotiations.
Our property in Beaconsfield sold for the above-asking price within a month of going on the market. The entire process was stress-free, and I can honestly say it was a pleasure to work with the whole team.

The property I moved in hadn't been cleaned properly, lots of dirt and cat fur from the previous tenant. One of the curtain rolls fell and it was never replaced despite me asking many times. Same for the ventilation in the bathroom never working. The agents are your typical London agents.
Make sure to keep written record of everything you discuss as they'll strong-arm you into anything that's favourable to them.
Edit after the business response:
Your words reflect your quality of service. You're making up excuses for what went wrong, not acknowledging any of it and instead throwing the blame onto your customer.
The cat fur issue was mentioned prior to signing, your handling was late and resulted in extra costs for me.
I dealt with multiple property managers before Dean, it's not my duty to keep up with who's the new property manager, especially after many of them have not dealt with issues mentioned multiple times.
