Ivy Centre (Homerton Sexual Health) - Appointment Only

Ive been here multiple times in the past 2 years including a coil fitting and a smear test, Ive always felt super comfortable and the staff treated me with care. I didnt have to wait long either for my appointment and if I did, I dont really mind given I know that the NHS is generally understaffed and Its not their fault.

I came here to get an IUD taken out and a new one put in. Dr Madeleine Benns was incredibly kind and talked me through everything and any questions I had with gentleness and concern. When getting the IUD fitted, Dr Benns and her assistant were extremely supportive of me and repeatedly asked me if I was doing okay and to tell them if I needed to stop. I felt very safe and secure in their hands and I would highly recommend coming here. IUDs are not a comfortable thing and can vary in pain for different people, and to have a doctor and assistant be so kind and considerate makes all the difference. Thank you to both :)

black guy named Hu is the most bigoted, narrow minded individual I've ever come across. Talk about being judgemental in a non judgemental setting. Hu mate, not everyone fits in the same box based on ur stereotype.
