        The positive is that they have a decent selection of plants and they are good quality - some are clearly sourced from decent nurseries. The negatives are that you can get said plants, and indeed many more, from those nurseries for significantly less, and theyll post them perfectly to you. I only buy from here what I cant find in stock direct from UK nurseries. The other negative is that the plants that have been shipped in from the bigger market players (usually European) dont have much identifying information on them and its hopeless asking the (male) manager - the last few times Ive bothered to ask him hes either ignored me because hes too busy with inventory work or just given me the wrong answer and walked off. Clearly youre not going to get the detailed information about varieties that you would get if you bought from a specialist nursery, so I dont bother asking them questions anymore. I agree with the consensus in the reviews that the place is overpriced, but its clearly serving a particular clientele!
