Britannia Leisure Centre

Thanks to the excellent service at Britannia Leisure Centre, I had a great time during my recent visit. Special thanks to Eren, the lifeguard who went above and beyond to make sure I was safe as a new swimmer. I highly recommend this leisure centre to anyone looking for a fun and safe experience.

The hell?! Free steam room and sauna! In a public leisure centre? Dreamy! Things of note; Buildings well impressive, kinda like a super massive toaster that fell over. Changing village sounds a bit like someone wanted to smush everyone together to maximise space yet also wanted you to sound like youre Olympian toweler. Good water temperature. Lanes too skinny, a few close calls. Great clock size on a giant screen. Unnecessary giant screen mostly took up with adverts, go full clock or go home. Free steam room! and sauna! Swimmers; coupla weird ones but mostly genial, family mood, supermarket vibes, avoid if you want a chill swim.

Dodgy with money. I came earlier to cancel my son's swimming classes and the man at the till went into my account, checked classes, refused to cancel them and said it is too early and I can come and cancel them at any point with immediate effect. Today I came again today and they refuse to cancel it now and say they will take money from me for another month. I went to manager and she thinks it was my responsibility to find right place in the rules and explain to her staff how her swimming pool works, not hers.24.04.2024 Took my baby for a swimming class-pool and changing rooms were freezing, teacher-with severe throats infection, me and baby both got sick, I am trying to cancel the membership for over a week now, online and by phone- no result!

Total rubbish. Bad customer service. Staff are not knowledgable about membership. Gym is packed every mimute it is open
