Beware of this company. 18 days on from informing them of a death and the Coroner providing the paperwork, which they have lied about when paperwork was received, only contact seems to be through answerphone once you have paid for a direct cremation. Advised as point of paying its currently a 3-4 week service. 2 weeks in and nothing. Complaint made through the coroner for the inquest. Reception have no procedure for complaints and can only send email to ask for response. No complaints procedure on line. Despicable respect for the deceased and family. Only recourse is for this review and hope people take note and maybe look elsewhere. Wander if this gets them to inform the family of what has happened and is happening. A persons death is not a numbers game, its highly emotive and personal.

I highly recommend Farewill to anyone considering making a Will for themselves or their family. The level of service received was exceptional. The quality of advice given likewise. The consultations were always highly professional, friendly and laser focused on individual client needs. No detail, question or redrafting was too much trouble. The result was a perfect bespoke Will. Thank you Farewill! PS: A special mention is due to Phiffany whose guidance and support was essential to the successful outcome. She was a joy to work with throughout the whole process.

Online will service is very poor. A classic example of "you get what you pay for" find a solicitor and save your time and energy. they will find a reason to decline your online will and will upsell the more expensive phone package.
