        St. Leonards why so hot inside the hospital!!!it is unbearable, think about the environment and the energy bills

        The nurses/staff in the foot clinic and locomotor/physio are fantastic and worth 5 stars; but the new staff at front (NOT Aleesa) are rude and lazy; and hardly ever pick the phones up, before 20 rings. I just rang 4 times, and the call ended everytime; due to reaching a maximum of rings!!!
