I have just returned from my GP practice really annoyed having been told by the receptionist that my appointment this evening never existed on their system. I made this appointment over the phone a few weeks ago, so to be told that there is nothing booked is disappointing and a waste of my time.

Amazing GP practice, Dr Raj is incredible, really listens and is a fantastic doctor. The booking proceeds (e-consult) is really easy to use and such a quick process. I was given an appointment within 3 hours of requesting one and seen within 48 hours!

I feel that the practice has gone down hill since all these changes have been made some of the good start have left and its harder if to keep answering questionsairs rather than telling them what wrong me I can't keep doing that,it take weeks to get appointments even on the calls I like to see doctor ralf was ment to give a call back and and didn't call at time was set I waited 2weeks for I just won't to see a doctor that fell completely at eas within the last 2 doctors were that cared about me and problems and to help me sort them out I don't feel happy with it has changed,
