DRY CENTRE ONE LTD

Im actually shocked at the service here. I took a dress to be cleaned and was given back a dirty dress, because she couldnt wash that particular material. Instead of the lady to have basic customer care and call me, to inform me, she waits for me to come and collect the dress and then relays the bad news. The lady offered no compensation at all and said she was so busy and apologised. I am applauded, disappointed and very shocked. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!!! They stained my McQueen jacket with black ink. I showed the owner picture of the jacket before & after they dry cleaned it, highlighting the stain. Qaiser (the owner), refused to take responsibility for their mistake. He hasnt even apologised, he tried to blame me & has avoided my calls, messages & attendance at the dry cleaners. This dry cleaner will distort your clothes, then blame you & will not take any responsibilities for it. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!

Terrible TERRIBLE experience. I dropped two pillows to be washed and a suede vintage dress. The lady said she wasnt sure how much the dress would cost but shed inquire with her colleague, then text me with the price. I had said I dont want to do it if it will cost more than 20 as the dress had been bought cheap from a vintage shop. I pick up the pillows to find they were DAMP and smelt. But what was even more annoying was to find she had gone ahead and cleaned the dress, and wanted me to pay 45!!! I said, that wasnt what we agreed, you would text me the price before going ahead and instead of apologising she shouted at me saying she lost the ticket and it was my fault for not calling her after 2 days. No systems in place or follow through, unreliable. What upset me the most was the lack of manners. I wont be returning to such a rude place.

REVIEWED BY JORDAN from London AVOID!! I had a terrible experience here this week. I took my coat to be cleaned on Friday. I was told by the owner my coat would be ready by Tuesday and would cost 15. I went on Wednesday morning to collect it and there was a lady working there who couldnt find my coat so told me that means it probably hasnt been cleaned. She said to come back tomorrow. I went in on Thursday morning and she said heres your coat but we couldnt get the stain out. She held up my coat to show me and there was a new stain on the front that they had made. I told her that wasnt there when I brought my coat in. She said rudely well do you want to take it or not? I said obviously not as I cant wear a coat with a big stain on the front! She said okay when the owner comes in he can wash it again. I said can you call me when its ready and Ill come back. No call. So I phoned and she told me the owner never turned up for work and to try back tomorrow. I went in the next morning and she said the owner still hasnt come in to work. But she tried to get the stain out. She held up my coat and there was an even bigger water stain all across the front. I was so upset. I have come in 3 days in a row...got my coat 3 days late and it still wasnt cleaned! In fact it was worse then when I brought it in. I will never have anything cleaned here again. I am following up a formal complaint and reimbursement for ruining my coat.
