        Took my bike in to get squealing brakes unsquealed, by whatever means. Then asked about new wheels with bigger tyres, then decided against it. In-between all of that Jenni and her staff were brilliant, explained everything and were VERY helpful. Happy to ride across London to get my bike checked by LBK again.
