I am a leaseholder in in a block of flats where Scenario did the outline design. The developer then used the plans for the construction without reference to Scenario. It is clear that what was built did not conform to the plans, and as a result we are left with a building with a number of construction defects. As an example, the balconies did not comply with planning regulations. Although we have no contract with Scenario, they provided supplementary plans required by the planning authority to and assisted with the retrospective planning application enabling us to rectify the fault. The plans were provided at short notice, and with a fast turnaround. More importantly, Scenario have provided us with a complete set of plans and documents to enable us to rectify the deficiencies in the building. Again, they did this although we have no contractual relationship with Scenario. Scenario have been extremely professional and helpful. Thank you Scenario.

Fantastic team to work with, creative minds with beautiful designs. We did a big renovation project with them and enjoyed the whole process, from the initial design, site management to the finishing touches. People at Scenario are genuine, honest, competent and great to deal with on a daily basis. Highly recommend working with them. We are very pleased with our new house!

Scenario helped us through the design process and planning application for a 6m extension on our garden flat in London. Having recently completed the project and spent time living in the new space we have found their design to complement the surrounding spaces well. The project did end up costing over 50% more than anticipated however. Pleasant to work with and overall a good experience.
