I Joined Bay Vets in Dawlish in June 22, I have had a great experience, the receptionist team are caring and understanding and friendly, the Veterinary team are lovely and caring and friendly, and good listeners, they are a great team, I would truly recommend them to look after Barney my pet dog, Bishion frise age 12, Barney loves going to the vets.

Caring practice and professional care. Nothing too much trouble and a feeling of support when my dog was unwell.

Attending a vet is a traumatic experience. We love our companion animals and want the best for them. It's therefore vital that the owner's distress is recognised alongside the animals' and both are treated with respect. Sadly, this practice focuses on profit over compassion. Demanding payment in full and refusing to get pre-authorisation for an insurance claim is unacceptable. Threatening not to release a sick dog after surgery unless the money is in their hands is unsurvivable. A refusal to apologise for what they admit they have done wrong is not acceptable either.
