Last October we had an issue with our return flight from Barcelona. We were 4 hours late getting back on a different plane. After hearing of our predicament, James very kindly waited for us to arrive at Heathrow airport.
We have today, just arrived home from Los Angeles where we were told our plane was yet again delayed . The airline offered us an earlier flight. This time, James happily set off several hours earlier than originally planned in order to collect us.
Air travel has been very unreliable recently so its great to find a taxi company who are so keen and willing to look after its customers.
