When I told this to the server she said, "that wouldn't have happened." This made me feel as though I was being accused if lying. Following this, I sent two messages to the business to complain about what happened, but I have not had any response at all. If I ran a business I would quickly respond to any complaints, even if it is just to say sorry you were unhappy with your visit, etc. (I am happy to follow rules. If dogs are not allowed, I will respect that. I am unhappy with the rude way I was treated and the lack of consistency).
