I would normally give a 5 star rating but on this occasion I can not due to the attitude of one employee. I had been for two hospital appointments in the morning and was having lunch before going for surgery. It was a long wait for our food order 25 minutes. All the doors were open and we moved out of a cold draught to another seat which was also cold and draughty. I asked if the door could be closed and was told, no it has to be open. I have eaten there many times and never been so cold. The food as usual was good. I requested the door be closed again and this time I asked why it has to be open? Reply to keep it fresh!! I said sitting in a fridge for 25 mins was too fresh for me. This time it was closed by a different employee.
