Let me tell you, if you're planning on hitting up this joint for Sunday brunch, you best make a reservation. We got there and it was booked up solid until 7pm! Luckily, they had a terrace with some electric heaters that kept us toasty on the chilly day. Now, when it comes to the food, we went for the Sunday Carvery - their speciality. You get a choice of three meats - beef, turkey, and pig - and a nice selection of veggies to load up your plate. The service was top-notch, too. The folks working there were so kind and helpful. All in all, a great spot for a Sunday feed.

Couldnt recommend this place enough. Were staying in Dawlish Warren with our Labrador for the weekend and looked online for dog friendly pub for tea. I must admit, this was the best dog friendly pub Ive been too. All of the staff were lovely, paid our boy lots of attention. One of the waiters, Harry came over with slices of beef and turkey for our dog which was so sweet and paid our dog lots of attention! We also had great service from our waitress Joslyn who made sure we had everything we needed and asked if we wanted more drinks as soon as our glass was empty which was very attentive to detail. The food was lovely, freshly refilled at carvery too. My husband had a cottage pie which was looked lovely too. He said it was one of the best he had for a long time! Home made fresh food!! We even ordered a doggie ice cream to take away for our Labrador which was such a nice touch to see on the menu. If youre driving by or staying locally, its worth a visit 100%. We will deffo be returning. Parking: Lots of parking spaces and amazing views opposite the restaurant!
