There's no communication between the pharmacy and the GP next door. Prescriptions are being lost, delayed by over a week, and the queues last over twenty minutes just to find it. I know the blame lies on those higher up, the money and management simply isn't here, and I don't blame the staff. But this slip in care is unacceptable, and putting people at risk.

Absolutely rude .. while I was waiting they were talking about me while I was there saying a regular ect .. and rude!!! I'm absolutely fuming they shouldn't allow to talk about anyone it's the rules !!!! I love to speck the management plz ASAP

Recently we have had consistent poor speed and quality of service. There appears to be a disconnect between the manager and pharmacists with prescriptions going missing and promises for "the next day" forgotten. They are of course overrun and customers should have a choice of which service to use from their GP. I particularly disliked the attitude of the manager . My family have had to wait over a week several times and could have become severely ill as a result. There is a need for more pharmacies in Dawlish.

Long queues. They need separate queues for prescriptions and purchases. Prescriptions are rarely made up or not available. Grumpy staff - is it any wonder as customers unhappy with whole process? The place is frequently dirty too. Ive changed my repeat collection pharmacy as I am so dissatisfied.

Worst pharmacy iv been to it takes so long to be served and they never answered the phone !
