        I simply cannot fault Devon rose! I was in a desperate need for a place to stay for my new role local to the area and each member of staff supported me with this and were showing me around properties that had not even gone online. They also accommodated around my working times and did online paperwork which was simple to do and sped up the process. I will happily work with them again should I need to.

        I would highly recommend Devon Rose for their professional service and in depth knowledge of lettings. Legislation has rightly tightened up over recent years and even good landlords have the potential to come unstuck if they do not carry out the correct property checks. Julies advice was invaluable to me and her enthusiasm for doing things the right way is what attracted me to use their service.
