We have recently bought our very first house on the Barley Meadow site in Dawlish. We cant thank Cavanna enough for making our first house buying experience so stress free! In particular, Liana was an absolutely incredible support- throughout the whole process she kept us continuously updated with photos and emails of the house. She was very aware of how challenging buying a house was in the midst of a pandemic. Furthermore, she was always prepared to show us around the house when permitted, as well as checking in with us from start to finish always ready and willing to offer some very helpful and thoughtful ideas. If there were any moments in which assurance was needed, Liana was a calming and very knowledgeable presence- she had such a thorough understanding of the stresses that buying your first house may provoke and really helped us understand the whole process. She is a real asset to Cavanna and we cant thank her and the Cavana team enough for making this process so easy!
