        Fitted the wrong size door as boss was away they didnt know what they were doing. Cut the roof supports to bits to get it to fit. Door wouldnt even open or close properly. Had to come back, reinforce garage supports and fit door. Same 2 guys came back and were obviously annoyed as seemed to be trying to act aggressive, just found that amusing. would never use again.

        This company cancelled the appointment to repair my garage door. I spoke with a woman explaining we needed to fix the door ASAP. She completely lost it on the phone and started ranting and raving about Covid and then put the phone down on me. Completely mad...I am a customer trying to use your business...I will stay well clear of you in the future. No not the wrong company, it was yours, your response clarifies that.
