This company was reliable, came to give me a quote and assess the job (roof cleaning) when they said they would. Communicated well and delivered the quote promptly. Were on time when they came to do the job, worked hard, kept me informed and even replaced some damaged roof tiles. Cleared the gutters and cleaned up afterwards and were polite and considerate throughout. The roof is now free from moss and debris. I would use this company again. What a consciousness person Matt is and someone who takes pride in his work. Arrived when he said he would. Both Matt and Sam worked in appalling weather conditions we had snow and icy weather and only had to stop for a short while due to extra strong wind before battling on. We recently had our house redecorated and our decorator said that we had damp parts near where our roof meets the wall. He suggested that we might have our roof cleaned to prevent this since moss had grown on the roof. We called Bishops Exterior Cleaning because a friend recommended them. They have ticked all of the boxes. They arrived when they said. They worked for hours scraping off the roof and then spraying it to prevent re-growth. Due to the weather, they needed to come back 3 times to finish the job, which they did on the weekend! They also kept us informed via text when they were coming, which helped us plan our days. No stars from me.....i asked them twice for a quote to clean my roof... Heard absolutely zero from them....will now look elsewhere
